Business Growth Consultant for Established Small Businesses
Helping businesses with 2–50 employees increase revenue by improving marketing and sales performance and identifying new growth opportunities.
I’m Rachel
A Business Growth Consultant with over a decade of experience helping businesses grow through stronger marketing, sales and commercial strategy.
I’ve worked with global corporations and fast-growing companies across the UK and Australia.
Now, I help established small businesses apply the same commercial thinking and strategic approach used by larger organisations, without the cost of hiring a full-time senior leader.
Most growth challenges are not obvious.
When revenue plateaus or growth becomes inconsistent, it’s rarely caused by one clear issue.
More often, it’s the result of small friction points across marketing, sales, customer experience, systems and decision-making. None of which feel urgent on their own, but together they quietly limit growth.
My role is to step back, see the bigger picture, identify what's really holding growth back, and help you focus on what will make the biggest difference.
How We Can Work Together
STEP ONE
Business Growth Review
A focused review of your business to identify what’s holding growth back and where the biggest opportunities exist.
I review your marketing, sales process, customer journey, performance data and commercial activity, then provide clear recommendations and a practical roadmap.
Ideal if you need clarity on what to focus on and where the business is losing potential.
One-off project
STEP TWO
Strategic Growth Partner
Many businesses choose to continue working together after the review.
Ongoing strategic support for business owners who need an experienced strategic partner in their corner.
We work together to improve performance, prioritise opportunities, and focus on the activities most likely to drive revenue growth.
Support can include strategic direction, KPI reviews, decision support and leadership of key initiatives depending on what your business needs.
Ideal if you want the expertise of an experienced leader without hiring a full-time senior employee.

Who I Work With
I work with established businesses with 2–50 employees.
These are typically businesses where the owner or leadership team is still closely involved in day-to-day operations, but knows the business needs clearer strategic direction to grow further.
Common situations:
Revenue has plateaued or is harder to grow
Growth feels inconsistent or unpredictable
The business is busy but not delivering expected results
There is uncertainty about where to focus next
There is ambition to scale, but no clear plan yet
What these businesses share is a genuine ambition to improve performance and achieve more from the business they've built.
