Business Growth Consultant for Established Small Businesses
Helping businesses with 2–50 employees increase revenue by improving marketing and sales performance and identifying new growth opportunities.
Most growth challenges are not obvious.
When revenue plateaus or growth becomes inconsistent, it's rarely one clear thing.
More often it's a handful of small friction points in marketing, sales, how customers experience your business, and the way decisions get made. None of them feel urgent enough to deal with on their own. But together, they quietly hold everything back.
My job is to step back, see the whole picture, and help you figure out what's actually worth fixing first.
How I Work With You
We start with a call where we talk properly, what's feeling overwhelming right now, what you know isn't working, what you want to do but haven't had time for, what your revenue looks like, and where you actually want the business to be in the next 6-12 months.
From there, we look at your goals alongside the data and work out the smallest change we can make that will move you toward them fastest. That becomes the first priority.
Then we get to work on it, one thing at a time. Each week, we look at what needs fixing, changing or putting in place, think through what it connects to and how it moves you toward your goal, and build a simple plan to act on it. Some of these take a week. Some take four. Either way, you're never juggling twenty things at once, just the one that matters most right now.
You do the doing. I'm digging into the data, pulling together templates and tools, and available by email between calls to help you think things through or make a decision. Once something's clearly moved the business forward, we move to the next priority and keep going.
I built it this way because I've seen what happens when small business owners are handed a 90-day plan or a big strategy document, it looks impressive, but they're the ones who have to actually implement it, on top of running everything else. It ends up feeling like a burden, not a help. Small, achievable steps move a business forward constantly, without filling your diary with calls you don't have time for.
I’m Rachel
I've spent over a decade helping businesses grow with stronger marketing, better sales, sharper commercial decisions. I've done it inside global corporations and fast-growing companies across the UK and Australia.
Now I bring that same thinking to smaller, established businesses. The kind who need that level of strategic input, but don't need or can't yet justify a full-time senior hire.
I care about the businesses I work with. I want to see them grow, and I want the people running them to feel lighter doing it.
What You Can Expect
Working together, here's what tends to happen:
You always know what matters most right now, not twenty things at once
Decisions get easier because they're backed by data, not guesswork
Marketing and sales start pulling in the same direction
Money and time go where they'll actually make a difference
Progress is visible, week to week, not just promised at the end
The business keeps moving forward, steadily, without it taking over your life
Who I Work With
I work with established businesses with 2–50 employees.
Usually, the owner or leadership team is still very hands-on in the day-to-day, but knows the business needs clearer direction to grow further. Maybe:
Revenue's plateaued, or growth's harder than it used to be
Things feel inconsistent - good months, then quiet ones, with no clear reason why
The business is busy, but it's not translating into the results you'd expect
You're not sure what to focus on next
You want to scale, but there's no clear plan for how yet
If that's where you are, you're not alone. It's more fixable than it feels.
Ready to figure out what's really holding things back?
Book a call and let's talk it through. What's going on, where you want the business to go, and what the first priority should be.
