A chance to talk about your business, what's going on and what you'd like to change. We'll work out whether I'm the right person to help and what the best next step would be.
02 — BUSINESS CONSULTING
90 minutes · £150
A focused session to properly get into your business. I'll review some information beforehand, we'll work through the areas that matter most and I'll give you my perspective and practical recommendations.
You'll receive a written action plan afterwards, setting out the key points we've discussed and what I'd recommend focusing on next.
03 — ONGOING CONSULTANCY
Monthly support · Bespoke
For business owners who want ongoing support rather than a one-off conversation.
Depending on what you need, this can include weekly check-ins, strategy sessions, hands-on problem solving, practical support and access to me by email and WhatsApp between sessions.
We'll agree the level of support that makes sense for your business.
